Stratigraphy Description This layer is the cultural layer. The soil texture is loam.
Remains Found Because the excavations of L17 were not completed， most of the remains were left untouched in the bottom of the pit， and therefore the pottery remains recovered were fewer than those from L16. Still， 8 pottery specimens and 8 stone specimens were recovered.

Important Features A feature， which consisted of a compact deposit of a large quantity of remains， occupied the entire surface of the pit.
